Bill Meyer
Bill is retired from Southeast Missouri State University, having served for many years as chairman of the Department of Agriculture. He has also served as an Elder since 1975.
Mark McAllister
Mark’s education includes a Masters Degree in Science. He has served as an Elder of the Cape congregation since 1998.
